tires for my steelies...

what are some good tires for my steelies. Ive read the tire review thread but those tires are mostly for racing applications. need more of DD tire...

if youre just putting them on steelies go to your local tire shop and get whatever is cheap with good ratings. thats what I did, don't need anything fancy as long as it stops well in the rain

Sounds like you just need a decent all season compound.

Give them your tire size, and price out or look at the best options they have to offer.

Personally, I'm running Bridgestone Blizzaks for the winter and Falken Ziex ZE512's in the summer, both in a 195/55/15.

I have General Altimax HPs on my steelies. They are pretty darn good for a cheapish all season tire.
