Trans Problem Help ASAP

I was driving my car crusin in 5th. My 2front wheels locked up at about 50 mph and when that happen i couldnt take it out of gear i couldnt push it or nothing. when i took my foot of the clutch it stalled. When i have my foot on the clutch i just spent like clutch buring can anyone tell me whats wrong and how can i fix it please
Stock Ls Motor
Mods Only A intake and exhaust nothing done to it

first off unless you are a natural at building transmissions i would take it to a shop!
but if you have to diy i would tear it apart and see what went wrong and then replace those parts cause honda transmissions are pretty bulletproof except for the syncros and chances are you dont need to replace everything. as far as where to get the parts. go to the dealer or tranny shop. hope this helps. gl
