transmission FLUID/SHIFT problem

so im new to the forum. theres probably a thread started about this somewhere but my gears are shifting very rough. about 10k miles ago my timing belt went on my 97 manual transmission Tegra LS. every since then it just has shift the same. it feels like it has less power, the gears are tough to shift into and when its cold you can almost forget about it. my mechanic. i just want some feedback. is it transmission fluid? could it be Pistions? i know honda are interferences. I would check fluids or shift linkage

If it were the pistons you'd have problems revving, not shifting. Probably bad syncros in the trans

it could be anything from your syncros, fluid, linkage, or clutch.
