Transmission HELP PLZ

okay soo when i start driving in 1st and i get in it the shifter moves up and when i let out it goes back and such in all gears???? whats wrong with it???

is the shifter moving around? it could be motor mounts.

yea like when i get in it it moves forward and when i let out it comes back how can i check to see if its the motor mounts ???
