Turbo lacks power when boost

i have a 96 integra. i have a greddy turbo kit on. had it for about 3 years now. I ve been having problems wth my turbo.everytime i start to boost the turbo starts to lack power and starts to studder. I check all my pipes for any air leakages and couldnt find any.i check my turbo for any free play but everything lookz good. Can anybody help me out. Do you think its time to rebuild my turbo????

There are many options here. What are you tuned on? Do you have a wideband o2 sensor? Check engine light? Sounds like it could be a misfiring issue, possibly related to the tuning.

i have a hondata on it... i notice today i had oil in my cold air intake when i took it off my trubo and also in my BOV
