Turbo or no Turbo

I found a turbo that someone is selling and i am thinking about buying it.I have a stock ls with 155,000 miles, no leaks, doesn't smoke and never had a check engine light and i was wondering if this turbo kit is any good and would it be ok to put on my car or if i should even turbo it because of the miles.
Here is the description:

Blox ac and pc compatable manifold
tial 38mm wastegate polished with 10 psi spring
Blox wastegate elbo
big downpipe
big intercooler piping
30x12x3 front mount intercooler
golden eagle vaccum manifold
450cc injectors on a b18b fuel rail with res. box
xs power 48trim t3 turbo
oil return line with t fitting and oil pressure sensor still connected
all couplers and clamps

have you done a compression test done yet ?

you gotta do a few things first to make sure your engine is good...leakdown test is really important but also a compression test. And no do not get that xs bullshit from ebay...it may work for a while but in a month or so that turbo will be junk....don't go xs power with anything.
