Turbo Timer Issue

I have a PIVOT FLAT Turbo Timer on my 99 Integra-GSR. Just recently the ignition wire(black and yellow) and the yellow 12v ignition wire from the TT are over heating and burning. I have had it installed for over 2 years now. Does anyone know why it would just start doing that now?

something is probably shorting out, is there a fuse on it?

Not that i can see. The ignition wire runs straight from the terminal and meets up with the 12v ignition wire from the Turbo Timer. They are connected inside the connector and a single wire is ran from the other side to the relay system.
