Turn Signal Problem

Hi guys. I have a problem where if I have head lights off and I turn on the left turn signal both the left and right blink. When I turn the right signal the left blinks. Then when I turn the head light to level 1 the left turn signal makes both the left/right turn signal blink, but when I turn on the right turn signal it blinks properly and so does turning the headlights fully on. What can the problem be?

Holy shit thats a cluster fuck. You messed with any of the wiring recently? If so go back and make sure you didn't fuck anything up.
