Type r head worth buying?

Found a type r head that needs rebuilding, but wanted to know would it be a good investment as in $ or power gains.

depends on how much they're charging and what exactly needs rebuilding? Does it just need new cams and stuff? It is one of the best flowing heads you can get but I've heard a B16 Si head is the same thing and you're just paying for the "type R" branding

does it come with cams,springs, valves etc.. Type R head has a very mild port job other than that its the same as a b16 head..

He said machine shop so probably valves atleast
i got a gis now, i know itr is top of the line but i wasn't sure without the block and cams if it would be worth putting on.
