Type r lip question

Ok so I just bought a type r lip for my 99 integra and I put in the two screws in the fenderwell on both sides but it came with like these metal plates and two little metal things, not sure how to explain them. What are they for and why does the lip like in the middle of the bumper feel so loose?

idk what those metal plates are but you should just use two mor screws towards the middle of the bumper to eliminate that sag you are talking about. usually it requires 4 screws to hold the right way

if they are shaped like steps they are supposed to be used with the OEM mounting points IF you have the OEM hardware. i used zipties

well some people use double sided tape for the middle lol ... maybe thats a recommendation but i agree with JTAC

Well ill post pics tomorrow of the plates. Stupid thing didn't come with any instructions. Also, I have another ?, how much would you guys estimate it would cost to get the lip and my lower moldings painted?
