uh oh! found a wire cut in half..and don't know what it is!

so i was outside super cleaning my whole ride..and decided i'd look under the rear seat sides for junk...not really any junk but i found a wire cut in half down there..i can see both ends and i know they go together but i dont have any clue what there for or if i should put them back together... or why somebudy cut them in the first place....somebudy please help me figure it out before i got put them together and my ride blows up..lol heres a picture!

posted! looks like its supposed to run along the edge behind the rear panels but is sticking out on mine becausde its cut..also its kinda a bigger kind of wire kinda looks like some kind of power wire

ummm, nothing besides the power lock switches on the doors...could this have something to do with that?

hmm maybe but i dont think ive seen a wire like that one running behind the dash...ill have to look again thanks coy didnt even think of that

no, use a voltmeter

remove all the seats/panels (its not that hard, so dont trip) and follow where that wire goes. thats what i'd do

agreed, on the side of your back seats there is a little plastic clips, pull them off and the seats slide right out

probably a power wire for an amp and they removed the inline fuse
