Valve cover oil leak?

So as you can see my valve cover is leaking oil, but what I can't figure out is the oil leak right next to the spark plugs. Is there a gasket for that middle bolt? The camshaft seal is fine so I'm guessing I just need to get a new valve cover gasket but if anyone has information on the oil where the spark plug is, I'd appreciate it. And yes i have searched for this for like a week but can not find out about this bolt or what it is called assuming it's not a valve cover bolt like the outside ones.

The washer that goes under the nut has a gasket in the washer. If its leaking then get another washer for it at acuraoemparts.com

Not yet its ready though, gotta get a negative battery cable and that's it but can't get to it till Tuesday cause I have been kinda busy.
