wailing steering wheel

So a lot of times when I'm turning a corner I'll hear this wailing rubbing noise and a slight vibration goes through the steering wheel (very slight). it almost seems completely random. but it usually happens whilst going into and coming out of corners.

My first guess is that it's something with the power steering fluid. power steering is something I know virtually nothing about on my car.

has anyone had a similar problem and know what's causing this?

Are you lowered? What size tires/wheels? Check the wheel well for rubbing. Then we can talk about the PS system if none of that is the culprit.

kinda sounds like rubbing, ONLY if your lowered though. check the power steering fluid, reservoir is on the drivers side with a red cap.
