They both look like they could get the job done. I'm not an expert by any means on the subject. But based on the reviews, I'd go with option 2. Doesn't look as fancy, but it costs less, and it got the better reviews.
The crime rate here in Tulsa, OK isnt much better. Instead of getting the OE JDM headlights, i got on ebay and got some knock offs that look VERY close
