Weird noise

this morning I was driving to school and when i made this uturn
i all of a sudden hear this noise coming out of my passenger side.
it sounded like air and water spraying out of a tube or something.
and when i would let the car roll, the noise would get louder.
anybody have any ideas? i dont know what it is.
and when i got to school, the noise stopped.

thats the only way i can describe it! hahah
air and water just rushing out of a tube.
and it makes this.... SHHHHHHHHHHHHH sound haha,.

might be several thing
brake pad shield cover.
inside front black wheelwel liner
brake pads
bearings & axle boot
or you just have bad tires with wire showing...lol
well look under it..................
