Weird sound coming from my motor/tranny..

There is this weird sound coming from either the motor or the tranny. I think its the tranny but im not too sure so thats why im asking. So i have a b20b with 1992 gs tranny(yes a gs) everything is stock except for a short ram DC intake. this sound occurs when i still have my b18a1 motor as well.

Check the video for a better understanding of the sound. its that rumbling sound.

as i accelerate it have the rumbling sound. i just did a fresh swap of a b20b(only the block) so i assume its something to do with the tranny?
