Weird speedo issue

I kind of had the feeling for awhile now but was not sure untill the other day i was on the highway next to a 8th gen civic i saw that his speedo said 64 but mine said around 70 71 so my speedo is off by about 6 to 7 m/h but the speedo face was lined up right so im lost now and need your guys help

Best thing you can do is pop the needle off with a fork and try to move it down a bit. I had to do that when I converted my cluster to a UKDM one. I used my GPS as a guide to know how fast I was going and just mtached it up with my cluster's needle when I installed it back on there. I know it's not the most accurate, but better than guessing! Or, you can just buy another gauge cluster! Good luck man!
