what is going on here????

i have a 92 integra

for some reason my running lights dont work but my brake lights do
my head lights and fog lights work but my turn signals in front and back dont work...the signals dont even indicate it on the cluster with a fast blink..i have checked all fuses and bulbs..

i just put in a new gauge cluster and cd player but i did those correctly..any ideas????

messing with the wiring in the radio CAN doesnt always happen but it can cause all kinds of fuck ups... go back and double check every wire

wow so i feel like an idiot. i had not hooked the hazard flasher and interior light controls up again and that controlled it all..seems kinda odd but ill take it. thanks anyways guys
