What is this for?

So i took my front bumper off so it could be painted. I was taking off the turn signals and i found these plugs that werent pluged into anything.

^^ it runs from one side to the other.


Does anyone know what they are for?!

i think its to connect foglights....i might be wrong, its a pre-wired harness to connect to the harness that comes with the fogs
