What lip is this? Identification please

soo i was coming home the other day and saw a lip sitting along side of the road and picked it up got home lined it up with my 90 4dr integra and it looks like it should fit on, but im wondering, what lip is it heres a couple pics of it

nope no markings or anything appears to be a ebay lip but i cant figure out which style it is
