What should my nexy mod be?

I have a 1995 Acura Integra LS. I have done all basic modification. I have not put any chip or turbo, how can I make my car faster without those things?

theres two options

spend around 2k and go with a turbo and make up to 270

or spend 2K and go N/A and make up to 200

if it was me i would just go ahead and build the motor, low compression then boost that baby but if your not wanting turbo and already have the basic H/I/E setup then just build the motor high compression
