ooh ooh!!! i finally get to post good information before Baldy does 
the Stock fuel rail can handle up to 600hp. so there money saved
the injector sizing all depends on how much power youll be running, if you are boosting, i suggest 440s or so unless you are boosting a lot
if you are running NA, 310s should be plenty for lots of NA power. btw, 240 is stock sizing, and itll work well for a lot of applications
