If you want the secondary butterflies to operate you'll need a p72.
Just to run the car, a socketed and chipped p28,p06, or p30 should do fine. You just have to get a jumper harness to run an OBD-I ecu.
if your thinking about getting a ecu chipped for your stock motor then you wont like the results. keep your ecu like he said up there only if you want your secondary runners to work but if you dont then say goodbye to your high end.
