i need help my teg is not pumping coolent through the motor the water pump looked good and the stat is good. whats going on its only building pressure on the top radiator hose please help.

yes but only on the upper raditator hose . and i got a funny smell coming from exhaust do you think cold it be the head gasket or head

could be, try starting it cold and pop the radiator cap, there should be zero pressure on it
