so im going to remove the power steering and i have a question when removing the hose line do i just cap it off on the bottom of the car or does it matter ?

You need to loop the lines or swap in an EF manual rack.

x2 to both points. Before you loop close the loop, fill the rack and cycle the steering wheel two or three times, then cap it off.

well the guy i got it from said it didnt have a line for the ps but i check today and everything there so i guess ill just buy a belt and see if it works or not

That's what I'd do. It's a lot less hassle than removing everything.
