Wheel Alignment (TOE). How many degrees does each turn have?

How many turns does it take to change 1º of alignment? This is in reference to Toe. I'm hoping someone can give the exact number of turns/degree so that people can go get Free Alignment Checks at local shops then adjust the Toe at home. Help us all out! Thanks.

It doesn't work like that. If you don't do it on the machine. Your not going to be dead on. Like when i'm doing alignments the spec could be for .04 to -.04. I'll shoot for 0 on both sides. So you will have a lasting alignment for a few years. You can by all means get it close at home. But you will never know. Either tires will wear good or they won't.
