I know I have to change to blower motor and I have to remove the glovebox and all that to get to it. I was reading through the chiltons book and noticed it said to discharge the ac. Is this necessary? My air doesnt really blow cold so Im not sure there is even anything left in the system. Basically how hard is it to change the motor and is there a good write somewhere so I know the actual steps to take.

You don't remove the glove box to get to the blower motor. You remove the paned below the glove box, but the actual glove box itself is not in your way so why bother taking it out.

If you're just going to drop out the motor and put a new one in, no. I didn't when I replaced mine.
