To be fair the track isnt really what id call a "photo spot." Yes you can take a picture of a car racing and it will look good. But you dont go racing to take pictures if you catch my drift.
As for my favorite spot, well that depends on the car. So for the subaru and the scenery im going with this great dirt road to nowhere in the middle of SC I found one day. Still need to go back there...
But I will say I enjoyed shooting here. As far as scenery and actually enjoying the place its hard to top New Smyrna, FL.
