Which air intake?

Ok so i had a short ram air intake and it was stolin along with my dc headers and i got some cheap ass stock headers and stock air intake but its now time to start up grading again and dont know what type of air intake to get the short ram works great until the engine warms up then it just makes noise and i heard that cold air intakes in the rain suck up a shit load of water and can seize your engine are there any other options out there to give me that little cheap power as an air intake???

You can start by just getting the intake, then add the icebox later.

you dont NEED the comptech intake for the icebox, but their filter is awesome and is key for any good intake
