Which fuel injectors for stock LS (b18b1)??

I'm a newbie when it comes to fuel system.. So here's my first question(s).

My car is bone stock. In the 16 years that it's been alive, I don't think the fuel injectors have ever been replaced.
1995 Acura Integra RS (b18b1).
It's bone stock, and will remain stock for a while..

So what do you guys recommend?
a. Cleaning the injectors?
b. Replacing the injectors?

How often do fuel injectors need to be replaced?
How can I tell if they need to be replaced?

If you can have the car sit for a week send the stock injectors to Injector Rehab, google them
