hmm, It seems like the second one is more of a directional bulb, but a lot brighter. where as the first will give off light in all directions. I'd say the first would do the job for saving the extra $4 a piece. But it's all up to you.

Yea i figured its just the plate bulb so i dont really need it to go 360 just down
I do have the first ones in my cluster
