Which spark plugs should I get?

What type of spark plug would be good and reliable for my turbod teg?
Also what i should i set the gap to?

i would use copper only in a turbo application. my brother has built many engines and he said with his experience copper has done the best.

im boosted and i just use the cheap ngk v-power plugs...i think they work the best

they are copper and colder than stock which is great for forced induction. i hear good things about them and they dont cost much so thats a plus
