it is cold outside so yes its normal for cars and human beings.

All cars will smoke up on a cold day, hot exhaust temp, low air temp=smoke/condensation.
does it stop after the car has been driving?
does your coolant level look fine?

im 99% sure if your car is properly maintained that its just the cold air

if its stock it shouldnt mess anything up really, i would however let it warm up at least 30 seconds just so oil can get on the bearings etc. I warm mine up until its at operating temp on my rebuild.
