Worth trying to fix?

Well, it sounds like the cams either need to be re-ground to the correct shape or the cams need to be straight up replaced

Yeah...sounds like the cam journal are warped or the cam grinded them down due to lack of oil pressure...I'd stay away

Said ran out of oil so probably grinded.them down. So not a easy fix?

Unless you can find a set of cam journals pretty cheap, then I would jump on it! They are easy to replace.

Ummm....you can replace the caps guys, but you can't "swap" journals, lmao...they are part of the head. What's wrong with your head? Lack of oil correct. Get rid of one problem head to buy another?

Idk much bout heads besides warping and now oil gallies but I just wanted info to see if it would be a good investment.
Correct ran dry. Thanks for the info
My head has clogged oil gallies or however u spell it, its in the shop now
