Would Upgraded fuel pump and fuel rail help mE??

those should just be tight. if they are loose i would lock tight them

No they are i was just confused.
So to be clear, i just need to install them without loosening thos bolts right, The guy in the video loosened his before he installed them and that is why i was confused. but if you do not need to loosen thos bolts, then i wont cause i dont need to, to install them like he did.
