    Yes you can per-say, but I would not recommend it, rather pay $120 for some headstuds than have a lifted head.

    Without spending too much money I would do a vtec head, intake manifold, and throttle body. That should get you in the area of 170-200, if you want to stay NA and make some more power I would do valvetrain and skunk2 tuner 1s or 2s, depending on your goal in the end. But from the vtec head...

    Raidiator fan stays on when car is off

    I had a similar issue but mine was cause by constant electrical power to the fan, I put the fan on it's own flip switch, I know that's not the best solution but it was a quick easy fix

    da goes into gear but won't move, what does everyone think

    check to make sure the passenger side axle (if non-lsd) is seated correctly in the transmission, I know it seems simple but I have had a similar issue
