00' GSR Power Door lock issue?

Hello all.

I recently purchased a 00 GSR, and tbh, other than this its pretty mint. Sadly, the power door locks arent functioning right now.

Here is a list of symptoms:

- When the lock button is pressed, NOTHING happens. No sounds.
- Car has a keyless entry & Alarm system, but I never received the FOB with it.
- Door locks work manually.

The previous owner, of which gave me a deal on the car, told me that he hasnt had the time to diagnose why they dont work, but he figures it has something to do with the fact that he doesnt have the FOB.

Any help?

PS: It's not the fuses, they are good. Also, the connection to the drivers-side power door lock seems good.

Probably has an actuator programmed with the key fob. Not sure how to fix that though :/

What would be a possible fix? Honestly if I have to remove the keyless entry system I will.
