1994 integra ls

I have a 1994 integra and was looking to get some new wheels and tires I found a pair of wheels that are 15x8 with either +15 offset or +25 I don't know which to choose for a flush look and what size tire to get. Any help?

What is your current suspension set up? If I were you should start from there and choose the best wheel design and size for your set up.
