92 integra ls will not start in cold weather?!?

first winter with the car and whenever we get below 20 degrees which we do often here it will not start just cranks and cranks, once it warms up out it will start any help? fuel seems to be good along with starter and spark. also when it is cold but warm enough to start you have to sit in the car and hold th idle around 2 grand till it warms up or else it will die... PLEASE HELP!!!

Might have a bad battery. Check your cold cranking amps.

brand new battery even if you try to jump it no start like I said turns over just fine just will not start if it is too cold outside
