hey wuz just got here from cali and need help finding a good shop in arlington were i could get a hub and steereing wheel and lock i heard they are coming up on cars here so need this asap if some one could help:shock::shock:
Not all shops will install because it involves disabling a drivers airbag..which is generally illegal..so you need to find one who is willing..try calling performance stores.
Not illegal in Texas(idk about other states), just got to keep the airbag light on the dash. Also, your insurance company may decline any kind of payment in case of an accident in a car that was equipped with an airbag that was taken out. but i have inspected many cars and have worked in body shops where the customer wants a grant wheel or other aftermarket instead of having to pay for replacement airbag system. oh and i live in McKinney, north Dallas
