Electrical malfunction

I have a 91 da, i recently had an issue with the my head lights and turn signals. My turn signals no longer work and my left headlight is really dim. I checked all my fuses and they're all fine, but when i remove the right headlight fuse the left one gets brighter.

Would this be a result from bad wiring to the fuse panel, and improper ground, or a bad positive feed?
Any ideas would help, i'm not much of an electrician.

Up near the headlights there are little plastic white boxes on the frame rails. These contain your headlight grounds. Open them up, sand down the paint, clean any crud off the ring terminals, put them back in and see if it makes any difference.

Also make sure every one of your parking light bulbs, turn signals, and brake lights are working.
