Found a broken hose.. please help identify!

Hi guys!
I'm new to this site and to integras (and new to car maintenance and knowledge in general haha) but I'm excited to be joining this community! I hope someone can help me figure out what hose is broken here, what does it do, what is it connected to, how do I replace it, etc. The part I'm referring to is the hose wrapped in tape, next to the engine oil cap.

That’s the PCV (positive crankcase vent ) valve hose. With the stock intake and a lot aftermarket intakes, the hose connects the valve cover vent to the intake pipe. Looks like an aftermarket intake on yours, but not sure if it has the nipple for the hose or not.
