My problem is this, i got Skunk2 lowering springs for my 92 integra, now in installed the front myself, and now i'm on the rear and i got the spring compressed and everthing, but the self locking built at the top is giving me trouble. Now i heard sticking a allen ranch at the tip to keep it from moving but it still rotates when i try unskrewing it with vice grips, i even had a friend hold down on the allen ranch while i twisted the skrew and still nothing :( . so i was wondering if any has ran into this problem before and what did they do to get past it, or any info i most welcome.

you are on the right trackon taking out that nut. You need to take that out to spring. There is really no other way I can see to get it out.

If you can't get it off, call a local tuner shop and ask if they'll use their air tools on it.
Some might charge you like $20, but it's better than working with a seized bolt.
