hey man when my teg was all motor I used type r cams and I loved them... and you can just install them and your good, and you don't have to change anything to run them.

well you spelled the tires wrong big time..
you wont need new valve springs, if you are keeping your stock redline

im not sure about na applications but i might be coming into a set of itr cams free but im going boost.. i hear you should keep teh gsr exhaust and run the itr intake..
