I think it would be possible to bar it if he converts to obd2 and uses a bone stock motor with all sensors, but i think he'd also have to swap over an rsx gas tank and fuel system, basically you'd need to buy a wrecked rsx and swap over everything that makes the car run. The was an eg with a bar'd k20 swap on Cali, he even swapped in the rsx dash, not sure if it was necessary though
