Northern VA/ Fairfax meet?

I'm flexible. I mean it depends where where everbodys comin from and I'm open to suggestions. It's cold as crap now so I don't think were going to want to sit in a parking lot forever so maybe bowling and/ or dinner? Or a cruise?
