Spoon engine assmebly

A Spoon engine assembly? May I ask what context this is in? My best guess is that it is an engine will spoon parts in it, aka pistons, cams, intake, header, exhaust, pretty much all that spoon has to offer. Where you watching the Fast and the Furious? :)

u can get/buy a "spoon" motor... is just the block and head.. its more or a road racing motor.. if thats what ur asking...

Spoon Sports takes a JDM ITR engine, tears it apart, blueprints it, balances it and puts in back together. Everything is balanced to within .1g of each other. All the internals are stock Honda internals. The only thing Spoon adds is a 2ply metal head gasket and an oil pump for better flow. The C/R is upped to 11.3:1 and peak power is 200HP at the flywheel. These engines are made for endurance/autox type racing. If you buy one and plan to force induce the engine, shoot yourself. Just for further information, these engines from Spoon cost about $6,000.

they make a spoon b16a, b16b, b18c(jdm itr). the b18c's hp is almost 215 at the crank. spoon also has the b16b stroker engine. its at like 1.85 liters and pushes like 230hp. they claim its the best honda motor you can get.

A SPOON B series engine is just like any normal B series engine. It's just been tweaked a bit internally. YES it will drop right in. You probably might want to get the SPOON ECU so everything runs smoothly.

Are you thinking of buying a Spoon Engine? if you are there really is nothing special about it, besides the name. for the money that you are going to spend on buying the engine you could buy a used GSR or ITR engine and mod it and most likely put out more HP than the spoon engine.

ya the motor isnt a swap in motor.. u have to buy all the bolts ons.. like the dist. starter ant. alot more money

and there motors are what 9k? sumthing like that.. hella $$$

The Prices I've Seen For The Motors Are Like $6000. But You Figure After Buying All The Other Shit Like The Distributor, Starter, Etc. You'll Be Spending Probably Around $8-10k. Just Get A Used Itr Engine Build It If That What You Really Want. The Name Of The Item Really Affects The Price.
