starting/idle problem..

hey... i was hoping some of you fellow integra owners can help me out ....

when i start the teg for the first time during the day, the engine shoots up to 3K RPM and stays there for like a minute or 2.... does anyone else have this problem?.. and can anyone give me a problem with my car?

its called a cold start idle. i dont know why its shooting up that high, but its for the most part, normal

also, could you resize the pic in your sig? its friggin huge

haha.. yeah ill resize it...

after it shoots up to 3k, does it idle normal? or after the RPM's drop is that high also. BTW high is like around 1000-1500.
