Which setup should I do?

1.B18a block and a b16 head. obvisouly not to reliable

2.GSr with some JRSC power with a small ZEX shot/REVhard or Drag turbo kit

im leaning on 2 more then anything with some built top end or what not for the nitrous and sc, plus alot more reliable thanks guys

1 can be reliable, it just takes more work than you think.

2 will give you lots of power, no matter which route you choose
