i was tring to put lowering springs on but my strut bolt that holds the bottom on wont come out. i got the nut off but it wont come out, ive beat it with a hammer and i cant get it to come out the far side. any ideas???

i am installing a short shifter and my bolts on my linkage that is by the shifter is rusted to hell, should i just drill them out and put new ones in or what???

When I bought my 95 ls the steering and suspension was extremely tight and where it should be. Recently my front right wheel is making some noise. And the steering developed some play. I thought tie rods. But they are both fine. And ideas on either problem?
